Jamie Plis who runs the Marcellus office was wonderful to work with when planning my mother-in-law's funeral. He was knowledgeable, compassionate, and very accommodating. Price was reasonable as far as funerals go too. I would recommend pre-planning as I did because it makes it so much easier.
